Panorama 1453 History Museum

The museum serves as a gateway to the history of city where visitors can truly feel the excitement of the conquest through seeing the Ottoman soldiers, the commander of Conquest Sultan Mehmet II, the Byzantine army, the great cannon which demolished the city walls and the witnesses of the Conquest along with the tunes of mehter band. The painting has 10.000 figures which were painted by 8 artist in 3 years. The museum in which an animation was set on a semi-globe with a diameter of 38 meters, holds the title of ‘the world’s first full-panoramic museum’.
